HOW TO RESET GUT HEALTH
Before you read start with being aware of this very importance base of knowledge:
“All disease begins in the gut”.
Body health kae liye pet ka healthy hona bhot jaruri hai.
Signs of an I'll-functioning gut:
- Bloating
- Farting up the room
- Depression & / or anxiety
- Constipation
- Craving sugars likened to a toddler
- Intolerance to certain food
Here are several things to be aware of in order for your gut to function correctly and reduce inflammation in the body
⁃ Avoid Toxic ‘Foods’
First and foremost you must eliminate what is causing gut issues:
• Processed seed oils (canola, vegetable, soybean, palm, etc),
• Processed sugars / anything packeted
• Artificial flavourings, colourings
• GMO Foods, Non-organic foods
• Excess fibrous Uncooked vegetables
• Gluten (breads, pasteurised dairy, soy, corn, nuts)
• Alcohol, antibiotics/prescription drugs, anti-inflammatories, excess coffee
Some things can be brought back in occasionally if wanted (desserts as a treat, sourdough) but to initially fix the gut, be 100% avoidant.

Digestion munh se shuru hota hai - Jitna jada hum apne khane ko chabate hain aur ,utna hi adhik aasaan hota hai Digestive system ko apna kaam karne mein. Agar hamara khana acchi tarah se chabaya nahin jaata hai toh humein pachan mein dikkat hoti hai. Khane ko chabane se pet mein jo kaam enzymes ka hai, ve apna kaam thik se kar sakte hain.
⁃ Fasting:
To apne pet ko thik karne aur sudhaar karne ke liye fasting kaafi jaruri hai. Iske liye aap din bhar mein antaral mein khana kha sakte hain ya phir 2-4 hafte mein ek baar 24 ghante tak khana nahi kha sakte. Isse aapki pet ki samasyao ka samadhaan ho sakta hai.
⁃ Bone broth -
Ye ek aisa khaana hai jo pet ki sujan aur chhoti aant ki gadbadi ko thik karne mein madad karta hai aur poshak tatvon ki shoshan shakti ko badhata hai. Isme calcium, magnesium aur potassium jaise haddiyon ko majboot karne wale tatva bhi hote hain.
⁃ Eat Probiotic Foods:
Hamare bade aant mein rehne wale bacteria aur yeast ka prakar hamari sehat aur khushi ko badi had tak niyantrit karta hai. Acche bacteria ke vikas ke liye rozana dahi, kefir, matar, sauerkraut, kimchi aur kaccha paneer jaise probiotic bhojan ka sevan karna bahut zaruri hai. Agar aapko yeh sab pasand nahi hai, to aap probiotic supplements ka bhi istemal kar sakte hain. Main bhi aisa hi karta hoon, agar koi link chaahta hai to main use de sakta hoon.
⁃ Destress:
Aap apni diet mein sab kuch sahi kar rahe hain lekin phir bhi pet ki samasyaon ka samna kar rahe hain kyunki aapki daily life mein hone wali stress ki wajah se aap hamesha high arousal sympathetic nervous state mein rehte hain, jisse digestion par asar hota hai. Isliye khaane se pehle thoda shaant ho kar gehri saans lein. Jyadatar logon ke liye yehi matlab hai ki wo black pill content par dhyaan dekar shaant ho sakte hain.
Dhire-dhire aapke liye pata chal jayega ki kya aapke pet ke liye sahi hai aur kya nahi hai. Isko saaf rakhna aur maintain karna bahut zaroori hai. Saaf karne ka phase sabse mushkil hoga.
